A thorough assessment of psychological functioning for adults who need diagnostic clarification or a clearer understanding of emotional, behavioral, or personality-related concerns. The evaluation draws on a comprehensive clinical interview, a detailed review of history and relevant records, and standardized psychological and personality measures selected for the referral question. It does not include cognitive or neuropsychological testing, and it is an evaluation rather than psychotherapy. Conducted virtually for eligible adults in New York, Alabama, and participating PSYPACT states.

A focused pre-surgical psychological evaluation and neurosurgical psychological evaluation for patients preparing for procedures in which a psychological evaluation for neurosurgery or surgery is requested or clinically indicated. This includes deep brain stimulation (DBS), epilepsy-related neurosurgical procedures, spinal cord stimulator (SCS) trials and implantation, intrathecal pain pumps, bariatric surgery, organ transplant, and other neurosurgical or medical interventions. The entire evaluation is conducted virtually in a single session, and documentation is written to the criteria your surgeon, program, or insurer requires and sent to your surgical team with your written authorization. Patients may self-refer or be referred by a surgeon or program, and the evaluation is available to eligible patients in New York, Alabama, and participating PSYPACT states.

Objective evaluation for licensed professionals seeking reinstatement or a fitness determination through a monitoring or recovery program. The work is careful, the findings are neutral, and the report is written for the body that will read it.

Existing testing data and records are reviewed against current standards. Where the question remains open, the necessary measures are re-administered — rather than repeating an entire battery you have already completed.

Primarily for patients continuing after an evaluation, and for adults working through the practical and emotional adjustment that follows a new diagnosis of ADHD, cognitive change, or post-illness impairment. This is not a general counseling practice.
