Clear pricing, quietly stated
This is a private-pay practice. Working outside insurance networks means your evaluation is scheduled in weeks rather than months, no diagnosis is reported to an insurer, and the scope of testing is determined by your clinical question rather than by a utilization review. A superbill is provided for out-of-network reimbursement, and payment plans are available on request. If you are unsure which evaluation fits, begin with the complimentary consultation.

- ADHD Evaluation
- For adolescents and adults seeking diagnostic clarification regarding ADHD. The $2,450 starting fee covers the focused evaluation: comprehensive clinical assessment and standardized behavioral and psychological measures. Additional cognitive testing may be added when clinically appropriate and is billed separately based on the scope of testing. Report typically two to three weeks after testing.

- Psychological Evaluation
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment for adults seeking clarification of emotional or psychological concerns. Includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized psychological and personality measures as clinically indicated, integration and interpretation of findings, diagnostic formulation when appropriate, individualized recommendations, and a written report. Cognitive and neuropsychological testing are not included. Written report typically available within one to two weeks after the evaluation is completed.

- Neuropsychological / Cognitive Evaluation
- Comprehensive cognitive testing for concerns involving attention, memory, executive functioning, cognitive change, brain fog, or neurological conditions. Non-forensic; evaluations carrying legal implications are quoted individually.

- Pre-Surgical & Neurosurgical Psychological Evaluation
- A focused evaluation addressing the requirements and clinical questions of a proposed medical, surgical, or neurosurgical procedure — spinal cord stimulator, DBS, epilepsy surgery, intrathecal pump, bariatric, transplant, and others. Typically completed within one week, including the written report.
