What the evaluation includes
Measured, not estimated
Each area below is assessed with validated, age-normed measures and interpreted together rather than in isolation.
An initial consultation
A candid conversation about whether this is the right setting for what you need.
Structured, time-limited work
A defined focus and a defined arc, rather than open-ended sessions without direction.
Evaluation-informed strategy
Where testing has been completed, the work is built directly on those findings.
Thoughtful referral
When another setting fits better, you receive a specific name rather than a list.

A small number of evaluations are scheduled each month, so each stage receives the hours it requires.

Frequently asked
Questions people ask first
Do I need to have completed an evaluation here?
Not always, though priority goes to patients continuing after an evaluation. Fit is discussed on the consultation call.
Is this a fit for crisis or open-ended care?
No. Crisis care, higher levels of care, and long-term open-ended therapy are better served elsewhere, and a specific referral will be offered.
How long does the work usually last?
Most work here is time-limited — often a defined number of sessions with a clear focus, reviewed openly as you go.
Is availability limited?
Yes. Only a small number of therapy hours are held each week so evaluation work receives the time it requires.
