I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Alabama and New York, as well as a PSYPACT Telepsychology provider. Originally from New York, I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology with a focus on neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University. My residency and fellowship offered specialized training in neuropsychology, particularly with complex medical populations. Alongside my doctoral degree, I also hold a Master's Degree in Creative Arts Therapy. As a psychologist, I provide assessments, evaluations, and both mindfulness-based therapies, including art and talk therapy, to patients in Alabama, New York, and PSYPACT states. My telemedicine services make accessible, convenient, and comfortable care available, allowing support to be easily reached by all.
On a personal note, I strive for a balanced and creative life, enjoying activities like yoga, hiking in nature, and nurturing my garden in my free time. I love baking and cooking, often sharing homemade meals with my family. Creating art—especially painting and pottery—brings me immense joy, providing both relaxation and a means of self-expression. Family, creativity, and time spent outdoors keep me grounded and inspired.
I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. By integrating principles from clinical psychology and mindfulness-based therapies, I work with clients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of their well-being. This includes assessment, therapy, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors, as well as insights from neuropsychology that can impact mental health.
At Brittney Randolph, PhD, I specialize in clinical psychology with a focus on mindfulness-based therapies to help clients enhance their self-awareness, alleviate stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being. My evidence-based treatment approaches address a range of women’s issues, including prenatal and postpartum concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, functional neurological disorders, stress reduction, weight management, and other related challenges through personalized, evidence-based care.
